| Is it my imagination or does school seem much
harder this year? I feel like all I do is homework, classes,
practice violin, and sleep. A bad sign is I'm already looking
forward to Spring break. Anyway, you should all listen to Moby's
Hotel. It's a great album.

| Well only one week until we'll be back at Covenant. I got to
start packing and getting my stuff in order. I also have to
figure out what dishes I will need to buy and what meals to make.
Looking forward to seeing you all and playing some tennis!

| I think you guys might find it interesting if I tell you about some of the people who work with me. There are four main employees who work for my parent's store. First of all there's the manager, David. David is about 30 and he has longish hair which he tucks behind his ears. He is a super environmental freak. Example: He is trying to convert his two vehicles (an ancient VW Bus and an ancient Chevy Suburban) to run on vegetable oil instead of gasoline. I'm not sure how this is done, but he claims the internet is full of sites about this. David is also married with two kids. When he and his wife first got married, they each had a little money saved up. So they moved to Alaska for two years to see what it was like. Then there's Hope, she's another manager and part time truck driver. Hope is about 35 and one tough woman. She's got a tattoo on her arm of some Indian design and she smokes unfiltered camels. She's already started the smoker's cough, and when she laughs it sounds like she's coughing. She is probably the strongest woman I've ever met. It's no problem for her to pick up two 50 pound bags of grass seed, one in each hand. You certainly don't want to have Hope pissed off at you. I've got to go so I'll write about the other two employees another time. |

| By the way, I still think Fight Club is one of the most depressing and ugly movies ever made. If that's what Life's like, why don't we just put ourselves out of our misery? Everyone in that movie gives up - they give up on morals, on decency, and on civilization. |
